What's The Best Film, and Music Colleges? and I'm NOT Looking for Full Sail University.?

I have wanted to be an actor since I was 3 years old. I am 17 years old now. I want to find the best school possible to give me the best education in it as possible. I was to become a Actor, Writer, Producer, and Director for Hollywood. (If possible.) I also love making music, but I have no idea on how to make it the way I actually want. I need to know how to use the programs, and equipment right. These are my passions. I need to make them my careers. Where's the best place to make that happen?
